What Equipment Do I Need?

Here's everything you need to complete the program

1. GYmnastics rings

This allows you to train your entire upper body. I recommend a pair of 28mm wooden rings.

(Wondering where to hang them? Here are a few options.)

2. Weight vests x2 (40kg)

This allows you to train the big half of your lower body. I recommend 2x 20kg weight vests.

3. Nordic strap

This allows you to train the other half of your lower body.

4. bar stools x2

Or any sturdy hip-height platform, to act as an elevated assistance platform in leg work and certain upper body progressions. Anything that can support your bodyweight will work.

5. Bathroom scales

These will allow you to monitor your progress and guarantee fat loss and muscle gain over time.

6. kitchen scales

These will allow you to quickly learn the key food portions you need so you can support muscle gain and effortlessly drop body fat.
