RINGSTRONG Program

Here are all the details on our program called RINGSTRONG. Its focus is simple: get you seriously lean, strong and mobile so that your body looks incredible and allows you to do the things you enjoy at the highest level possible.

I’m aiming to get you at least 10-12% body fat and pain-free with rock solid muscle, so we’ll give you everything you need to make that happen, and nothing you don’t.

No gym. No cardio. No restrictive diet. The only thing you’ll need is some simple home equipment and 40 minutes a week to train.

We’re going to solve the 3 biggest problems stopping active people achieving their goal bodies: an inefficient method, scattered implementation, and lack of long-term strategy.

1 - Method

First, let’s remove inefficiency from your routine. You’re either unsure if what you’re doing will ever get you to your goal, or worried that if it does work, the time and sacrifice required won’t be sustainable long-term.

We’ll start with your training system.

Rather than use a gym to train loads of specific exercises all targeting individual muscles…

We’ll get clear on just one set of 6 simple bodyweight movement patterns, and focus on building your strength to a single high-level goal for each.

Instead of constantly cycling through different exercises, you’ll get really good at training just these 6. You’ll learn how skip the normal junk volume that fills most routines, and instead do nothing but the most effective work, achieving the benefits of 3-6 hours of traditional strength training in no more than 40 minutes a week.

You won’t be counting reps and sets or adding weight to a bar—instead, every bit of progress you make will result in the development of tangible skills. The more you progress your abilities, the more muscle you’ll see on your body and the leaner you’ll become.

Next, we’ll customise this training to your unique physiology, so that we leverage your body’s ability to grow while ensuring we give it the space it needs to do so.

Normally people try to do the maximum weekly amount of work they can handle—they add more training until they hit a limit of exhaustion, soreness, injury or burnout, often leaving any progress they do make masked by fatigue.

This is dangerous, unsustainable, and, quite frankly, no fun.

Instead, you’ll optimise for rest and recovery.

We’ll help you find your body’s own threshold for growth, then stop. That way, every time you come back to train your body has recovered, adapted to the last session, and is already a little bit stronger. This way we minimise risk of injury, training becomes quick and fun, and you get to making clear consistent strength and muscle gains as fast as your own body is capable of.

Next, we’ll design your nutrition plan together.

By making a simple, proactive plan, we’ll ensure you hit your essentials without needing to track everything you eat, allowing you the flexibility to enjoy whatever food and drink you want while ensuring the fastest rate of muscle gain and fat loss possible.

By fuelling yourself properly, you’ll be able to listen to your appetite rather than restricting your intake, and never rely on willpower again.

The result? You’ll be 100% confident in the results coming from every bit of time and effort you put into your training and nutrition, so you can maximise weekly progress without burning out, getting bored or getting hurt.

2 - Implementation

The second problem we’ll solve is scattered implementation.

You could have the best training and nutrition system in the world but if you don’t apply the fundamental skills correctly, it’s not going to work.

The hard thing about this is that when it’s all new, you don’t know what you’re getting wrong.

That’s what we’re here for. We give you constant feedback on your training form until it’s perfect. We track your strength progression weekly and ensure you get the fundamentals right from the start.

We track your bodyweight and help you tweak your diet until it’s getting you the fastest sustainable results possible according to your personal plan…

…and then we leave it at that. No need to overcomplicate things—we want you doing as little as possible to get the result.

That’s feedback. Next, we’ve got to make these processes an automatic part of your routine.

Change at is hardest at the start, when you are first learning and integrating new habits. These critical first few months are when you most need accountability to ensure you follow through on your plan until it becomes your new default.

We hold you accountable on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to ensure you’re always clear and doing what you need to do, until results start coming through and your new habits take over.

3 - Strategy

Now we’re confidently implementing on autopilot, getting stronger and leaner by the week, and can start to think about how we navigate to your goal body.

So let’s talk about moving the strategy piece from haphazard to crystal clear.

First, the short-term.

If you don't receive initial positive feedback on a method, it's simply unlikely you will stick with it long term.

So to get you fast results, in the first week you’ll setup your equipment, make your custom nutrition plan, and begin training from your current strength level. This way we get you started quickly, making strength gains within the first week.

Once you’re up and running, we optimise your training technique and adjust your nutrition, accelerating your strength progression and getting you to your goal body fat % range as soon as possible.

This hooks your motivation early, making you want to push on and get more results, until the feedback loop takes over and you don’t want to stop.

Next, the long-term.

If you don’t have a big-picture plan with your training and nutrition, it’s very difficult to achieve both high levels of muscle mass and low body fat simultaneously.

Most fitness plans rotate through cycles of extremes—they get you shredded, underweight and feeling terrible for a short period, then gaining a bunch of fat and feeling embarrassed with your shirt off for most of the year. This means it’s often years before you settle at a physique you’re actually happy with, if you sustain motivation for long enough to get there (which is uncommon).

We hate this approach. It’s designed for bodybuilders, not real people.

Instead, we help you look good fast, then show you how to continue improving both muscle and body fat every month so that you’re always getting bigger and stronger and leaner with time, meaning you never want to stop.
