Get a plan in place to reach your goal body. Learn the basics you’re going to be applying over the next 12 weeks and beyond, and get setup with everything you need to do so (equipment, tracking systems, and personal roadmap).

Frequently Asked Questions

How does this work for older people? I’m worried about hurting myself.

This is ideal for older people (or those with generally more fragile bodies) because we optimise for rest and recovery, rather than workload. We have plenty of clients in their 50s and 60s do extremely well with this form of training.

Everything scales to your ability, so regardless of what your strength is like now, there is a level you can do safely that will get you improving. We’ll show you how to find it.

What if I want to do more? Will I make faster progress?

We teach you how to maximise weekly progress in strength and muscle gain for your body. If more work will get you faster results, you’ll do more—but with this method, it will never take you more than 40 minutes a week to complete.

Trying to do more strength training on top of this program will not result in better progress, it will dilute the quality of what you’re already doing; at best taking more time to achieve the same result, and at worst slowing down your results and increasing your risk of injury.

Trust the process for 12 weeks, then you can decide if you still want to do more! (You won’t.)

How does this fit in with other types of exercise?

As above, this is the maximum amount of resistance training that your body will benefit from. For the goals of strength, muscle mass and low body fat, this is all you need to do.

But outside of that… you can do whatever forms of exercise you like!

I suggest walking and any forms of sport or physical activities you find inherently fun. Just realise that these aren’t necessary for any of your fitness goals—their purpose is purely general health and wellbeing.

So do whatever you enjoy and makes you feel good. That’s the point!

Does this work for women?

Yes, this method works equally well for both men and women. While your results will look different, we teach you the most effective way to get to your goal body, whether that’s slim and toned or simply strong and confident in your physical ability.

This looks too advanced for me. Should I start with something easier?

No, there is no prerequisite ability for using this method. In fact, the more beginner you are, the faster you will see results!

We teach everyone from advanced trainees down to absolute beginners with zero strength training or calisthenics experience.

As long as you have a body and willingness to learn, we will help you find a level of training that works for you and allows you to progress fast and safely.

Will this work if I'm vegan or vegetarian?

Yes! We'll help you make sure your diet is giving you the nutrients you need to get the results you want—what that diet looks like is up to you. If you are vegan or vegetarian, it's all the more important you get this right.

How does feedback work?

Every week, you’ll post your six training videos. These will be reviewed by me, so that you’ll know exactly what’s right and what needs fixing next time you train. You can ask as many questions as you like and we’ll go through them in the weekly Q&A to make sure you’re clear on what you need to do to fix things.

Will I be working with Jack or another coach?

You will be working directly with me (Jack) as your coach throughout the entire program. All the course content, feedback, reviews, Q&As and one-on-one calls are done by me personally.

What if I don't have Facebook?

You can do the full course without being part of the Facebook group, you just miss out on the community element. I encourage you to be part of this if possible—our students usually just setup an account for this purpose. But it’s completely up to you.

I’m in a different timezone to Australia. Will this work for me?

Yes, we have students from all around the world, and the program is designed with this in mind. You can work through the course and feedback in your own time, all Q&As are recorded, and you can schedule all your one-on-one calls at times that work for you.

What happens after 12 weeks?

While 12 weeks is plenty of time to learn and implement the core skills you need, many of our students choose to stay on longer for continued coaching, guidance and feedback as they progress to higher levels. Once you complete your 12 weeks, you are eligible for our monthly membership at a discounted rate of $500 AUD. At that point you can decide whether you want to stay on or take the skills you’ve learned and continue applying them by yourself.

Nothing for now! We’ll help you setup all the gear you need once you’re inside.
